Kentucky PSC Partially Grants Rehearing Request From Jackson Purchase Energy, Adjusts Rates
FRANKFORT, Kentucky, April 10 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued an order addressing a motion for rehearing filed by Jackson Purchase Energy Corporation (Jackson Purchase Energy) regarding a previous rate adjustment decision. While the PSC denied rehearing on key aspects, including a proposed right-of-way (ROW) tracker and a higher residential customer charge, it did grant reconsideration on the removal of certain rodeo-related wage expenses.
