FRANKFORT, Kentucky, April 9 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted South Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation (South Kentucky RECC) a two-week extension to respond to a significant data request from the Kentucky Attorney General in its ongoing rate adjustment case. FRANKFORT, Kentucky, April 9 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced a hearing to examine the fuel adjustment clause application of Big Rivers Electric Corporation (BREC) for the period of May 1, 2023, through October 31, 2023. The hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, June 4, 2025, beginning at 9 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time at the PSC's offices in Frankfort.
