FRANKFORT, Kentucky, April 8 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved a special contract between Atmos Energy Corporation and Owens-Brockway Glass Container, Inc. (OBCI) under Atmos's Economic Development Rider Tariff. The order allows for a discounted natural gas rate to support the construction of OBCI's new manufacturing facility in Bowling Green.
