FRANKFORT, Kentucky, April 8 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued an order granting a joint motion filed by Shelby Energy Cooperative, Inc. (Shelby Energy) and the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Kentucky to waive a formal hearing in the matter of Shelby Energy's application for a general adjustment of rates.
