EPA Proposes Approval of Air Quality Plan for Liberty-Clairton, Maintenance Measures for Allegheny County
WASHINGTON, April 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed approval of Pennsylvania's request to redesignate the Liberty-Clairton area in Allegheny County to attainment for two federal fine particulate matter (PM2.5) standards, citing improved air quality in the region.
