WHEELING, West Virginia, Sept. 6 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release: Daryl Smith, 50, of Wheeling, West Virginia, has admitted to the distribution of cocaine base. According to court documents, Smith was selling cocaine base in Ohio County.
