Mo. U.S. Attorney: St. Louis Man Sentenced for Home Health Care Fraud
ST. LOUIS, Missouri, Aug. 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri issued the following news release on Aug. 21, 2024:
U.S. District Judge Stephen R. Clark on Tuesday sentenced a man who used his brother's identity to fraudulently obtain money from the Missouri Medicaid Program to six months of incarceration and six months of house arrest.
Judge Clark also ordered Christopher J. Spencer, 46, to repay $56,173 to Missouri's Medicaid Program.

Woman Charged for Scheme to Defraud Elvis Presley's Family
MEMPHIS, Tennessee, Aug. 21 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee issued the following news release:
A Missouri woman was arrested this morning on federal charges in connection with an alleged scheme to defraud Elvis Presley's family of millions of dollars and steal the family's ownership interest in Graceland, the former home of Elvis Presley, located in Memphis, Tennessee.
