Census Bureau Releases 119th Congress Block Equivalency Files
WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 -- The U.S. Census Bureau issued the following news release:
The U.S. Census Bureau announced the release of the 119th Congress Block Equivalency Files.
These files are the whole 2020 Census tabulation block representations of the 119th Congressional District plans as submitted by the states to the Census Bureau. The .ZIP file contains a national block equivalency file and individual state files for the five states (Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, New York and North Carolina)

DEA-New Orleans Division: Former Biloxi City Councilman Sentenced to Six Years in Prison for Drug Conspiracy Involving Vape Shops
GULFPORT, Louisiana, Aug. 16 -- The U.S. Justice Department's Drug Enforcement Administration's New Orleans Division issued the following news release:
A former Biloxi City Councilman was sentenced to 72 months in prison for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a Schedule I controlled substance.

FAA Proposes $73,000 Civil Penalty Against Zipline International
WASHINGTON, Aug. 16 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration issued the following news release:
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a $73,000 civil penalty against Zipline International Inc., of Concord, North Carolina, for allegedly violating drug and alcohol testing regulations.
The FAA alleges that between June 13, 2022, and Oct. 31, 2022, Zipline failed to subject 10 employees who performed safety-sensitive work to random drug and alcohol test
