DES MOINES, Iowa, July 4 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa issued the following news release on July 3, 2024:
The Adair Police Chief was sentenced yesterday to 60 months in federal prison for conspiring to make false statements to the ATF, making false statements to the ATF, and illegal possession of a machine gun.
