Institute for Justice: New Hampshire Families Fight to Defend Education Freedom Accounts
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Dec. 15 (TNSgov) -- The Institute for Justice issued the following news release on Dec. 14, 2022:
The Institute for Justice (IJ) moved to intervene on behalf of New Hampshire families to defend the state's Education Freedom Accounts (EFA) from a lawsuit filed last week.
