AFT: State Education Commissioner Sued Over Funding of Voucher Program
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Dec. 9 (TNSgov) -- The American Federation of Teachers issued the following news release on Dec. 8, 2022:
New Hampshire is violating the N.H. Constitution and state law by using state lottery dollars and money from the Education Trust Fund to fund the state's private school voucher program called the Education Freedom Account program, according to a complaint filed today in state court against state Education Commissioner Frank Edelblut.
