WASHINGTON, March 30 -- The House Education and Workforce Subcommittee on Workforce Protections released the following written testimony by Paige Boughan, state council legislative director for Maryland Society for Human Resource Management, from a March 25, 2025, hearing entitled "The Future of Wage Laws: Assessing the FLSA's Effectiveness, Challenges and Opportunities."
