WASHINGTON, March 30 -- The House Education and Workforce Subcommittee on Workforce Protections released the following testimony by Tammy D. McCutchen, a senior affiliate with Resolution Economics, from a March 25, 2025, hearing entitled "The Future of Wage Laws: Assessing the FLSA's Effectiveness, Challenges and Opportunities." FLSA is the Fair Labor Standards Act.
