TOPEKA, Kansas, March 28 -- The Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) has granted the Citizens' Utility Ratepayer Board (CURB) intervention in a case involving Evergy Kansas Central, Inc., and Evergy Kansas South, Inc.'s proposed updates to their Transmission Delivery Charge tariff, according to Docket No. 25-EKCE-359-TAR.
