FRANKFORT, Kentucky, March 28 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued a second request for information to Duke Energy Kentucky, Inc., demanding further evidence and clarification regarding the company's application to enter into up to $25 million in capital lease obligations, according to Case No. 2024-00320.
