FRANKFORT, Kentucky, March 28 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has ordered Duke Energy Kentucky, Inc. to pay for consulting services rendered by Vantage Energy Consulting, LLC, related to the company's application to modify its East Bend Generating Station's emissions system, according to an order issued in Case No. 2025-00002.
