WASHINGTON, April 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has issued a final decision revoking the registration of Dr. David Israel, a Bronx-based physician, after determining that he no longer holds authority to practice medicine in the state of New York and has repeatedly violated both federal and state controlled substances laws. The agency's action was formalized through a notice published in the Federal Register on April 16, 2025.
