ALBANY, New York, April 16 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued a notice requesting public comments on proposed amendments to its regulations concerning gas pipeline facilities. The proposed changes aim to ensure that New York's rules align with federal safety standards outlined in Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 192, which governs the transportation of natural and other gas by pipeline.
