WASHINGTON, April 15 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency has finalized a modification to its 2022 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Construction General Permit (CGP), expanding permit coverage to include all Lands of Exclusive Federal Jurisdiction.
