WASHINGTON, April 14 -- The Federal Reserve Bank of New York issued a staff report titled "The Risk Sensitivity of Global Liquidity Flows: Heterogeneity, Evolution, and Drivers" by Stefan Avdjiev, Leonardo Gambacorta, Linda S. Goldberg, and Stefano Schiaffi. Released in April 2025, the report examines how global liquidity flows, comprising cross-border loans and international bond issuance, have evolved since the Global Financial Crisis (GFC).
