WASHINGTON, April 14 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System is reviewing a notice filed under the Bank Holding Company Act regarding Legacy Financial, Inc.'s proposal to acquire BancCentral, National Association, a bank based in Alva, Oklahoma.
