N.Y. PSC: Climate Action Associates Seeks Rehearing on Community Energy Data Order

ALBANY, New York, April 10 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) has acknowledged a petition for rehearing filed by Climate Action Associates LLC (CAA) regarding a recent order concerning the transition of utility-reported community scale energy usage data. The order in question, issued on December 20, 2024, stems from Case 20-M-0082, which addresses the strategic use of energy-related data, and Case 17-M-0315, concerning the Utility Energy Registry.
