ALBANY, New York, April 5 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved a further postponement of a proposed tariff filing by the Penn Yan Municipal Utilities Board, according to a recent agency docket. The order, issued on April 4, 2025, grants the utility board an extension until June 1, 2025, to modify its electric tariff schedule.
