WASHINGTON, April 4 (TNSFR) -- The General Services Administration has announced the availability of a Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement evaluating the proposed expansion and modernization of the Raul Hector Castro Land Port of Entry in Douglas, Arizona, as well as the construction of a new commercial port.
