ITC Ends Patent Dispute Over Ignition Systems After Finding No Violation

WASHINGTON, April 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has formally closed its investigation into alleged patent infringement involving certain capacitive discharge ignition systems after determining there was no violation of federal trade law.

The decision, published April 4, 2025, in the Federal Register, follows the Commission's choice not to review a Final Initial Determination (FID) issued by the presiding chief administrative law judge on January 28, 2025 . . .
