FRANKFORT, Kentucky, April 4 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued a formal request for information to Farmers Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation (Farmers RECC) regarding a complaint filed by Brian Dewayne Boyd. The order requires Farmers RECC to provide specific documentation related to Boyd's service.
