FRANKFORT, Kentucky, April 4 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted Kentucky Power Company an extension to respond to the Commission Staff's First Request for Information regarding its application for authority to issue and sell promissory notes. The decision comes after Kentucky Power cited insufficient time to fully comply with the initial request.

Kentucky Power, in its filing, explained that it was given only four business days to respond to 27 individu . . .
