WASHINGTON, April 4 -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved a request by Louisiana Educational Television Authority (LETA) to switch the broadcast channel of its PBS member station KLTM-TV in Monroe, Louisiana, from VHF channel *13 to UHF channel *29.
