FRANKFORT, Kentucky, April 3 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted Duke Energy Kentucky, Inc.'s (Duke Kentucky) motion for a rehearing regarding the confidentiality of certain information related to its environmental compliance plan. The decision allows for limited confidential treatment of specific data within Duke Kentucky's response to a Sierra Club information request.
