WASHINGTON, March 26 -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has partially granted Radio Two, LLC's application for review, challenging a Media Bureau decision that dismissed its request to reinstate an expired construction permit for FM Translator Station DK298DF in Pineville, Louisiana. The FCC's decision, documented in FCC 25-19, sets new guidelines for waiving the timely-filed license application requirement and directs further Bureau-level proceedings.
