DEA Revokes Registration of Maine Physician Jackson Following Voluntary License Surrender

WASHINGTON, March 20 (TNSFR) -- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has revoked the DEA Certificate of Registration of Rachel Jackson, P.A., a physician assistant in Sabattus, Maine, according to a notice published in the Federal Register on March 20, 2025. The decision, documented under publication number 2025-04752, stems from Jackson's voluntary surrender of her Maine physician assistant license to the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine, effective July 11, 2023.
