Ky. PSC Demands More Information From East Kentucky Power Cooperative on Proposed Generation Projects

FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Feb. 20 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued a third request for information to East Kentucky Power Cooperative (EKPC) regarding its application for certificates of public convenience and necessity to construct new generation resources, including a new combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) plant. The PSC has set a deadline of March 7, 2025, for EKPC to respond to the detailed list of questions.
