CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Feb. 13 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Israel Chaires-Villa, 22, a Mexican national, pleaded guilty today to possession with intent to distribute a quantity of methamphetamine.
