CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Jan. 30 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:

Tyrece Ramone Phillips, 38, of Charleston, pleaded guilty today to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 400 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of fentanyl.
