HUNTINGTON, West Virginia, Jan. 27 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Tyson Davis Sr., 45, of Huntington, was sentenced today to seven years and two months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for distribution of fentanyl and violating supervised release.
According to court documents and statements made in court, on June 14, 2023, Davis sold approximately 2.93 grams . . .
