WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 -- Sen. Thom Tillis, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Senators in both parties have reached a bipartisan deal on the path forward on judicial confirmations during the rest of the Senate's lame-duck period. Senator Tillis has made it clear to the Biden Administration and Senate Democratic leadership that he had ample votes from both parties to stop the confirmation of President Biden's nominee for the Fourth Circuit.
