WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 -- Rep. Michelle Steel, R-California, issued the following news release:

CYPRESS, CA Congresswoman Michelle Steel has announced the winners of the 2024 Congressional App Challenge, recognizing students from CA-45 who created unique applications aimed at addressing various societal challenges.
