ARLINGTON, Virginia, Nov. 22 -- Americans for Prosperity issued the following news release on Nov. 21, 2024:

Yesterday, the Floyd County Circuit Court ruled that the repeal of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) is null and void.

Americans for Prosperity-Virginia (AFP-VA) State Director Tim Parrish released a statement upon the decision:
