CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Nov. 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Nov. 21, 2024:
Jessica Nutter, 39, of St. Albans, was sentenced today to, five years of federal probation, and ordered to pay $25,830 for receipt of stolen money.
