RICHMOND, Virginia, Nov. 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia issued the following news release:

A Midlothian man was sentenced today to six years in prison for mail fraud, federal program theft, and tax evasion in connection with a scheme to misappropriate millions of dollars from the Virginia Department of Health (VDH).
