Waldref announced that on November 7, 2024, a federal grand jury for the Eastern District of Washington returned an indictment charging Taylor Jashaun Kendall, age 26, of Spokane, Washington, and Michael Tyriq Allen, age 26, of Gainesville, Georgia, with a dozen counts of fraud as part of a scheme to obtain COVID- . . .
