CLARKSBURG, West Virginia, Nov. 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Jack F. Gibbins, III, age 47, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, was sentenced today to 210 months in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
According to court documents and statements made in court, officers attempted a traffic stop on Gibbins's motorcycle. After a pursuit, Gibbins was arrested . . .
