CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, Nov. 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Iowa issued the following news release:
A Guatemalan man who conspired to distribute methamphetamine pled guilty today in federal court in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Jose Eleazar Aceves-Garcia, age 30, from Guatemala, was convicted of conspiracy to distribute at least 500 grams of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine and 50 grams of actual (pure) meth . . .
