TOMS RIVER, N.J. - Today, Congressman Andy Kim (NJ-03) joined New Jersey and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) leaders for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the Toms River VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC).
