ATLANTA, Georgia, Nov. 20 -- Lt. Gov. Burt Jones, R-Georgia, issued the following news release on Nov. 19, 2024:
Today, Lt. Governor Burt Jones joined Speaker Jon Burns in the House Chamber to welcome new members of the Georgia General Assembly.
Four new members will be joining the Senate this upcoming year.
