WASHINGTON, Nov. 16 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service issued the following news release:
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) is proposing to construct a new Administration Building as well as a new quail breeding facility (Quail Facility) at the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge (BANWR; refuge) located in Pima County, Arizona.
