WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 -- Rep. Jodey Arrington, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Today, House Budget Chairman Jodey Arrington (TX-19) applauded House passage of two pieces of pro-energy legislation.
The HEATS Act (H.R. 7409) would remove the requirement for a federal drilling permit for geothermal activities on non-federal land.
