AUGUSTA, Maine, Nov. 13 -- The Maine Democratic Party issued the following statement on Nov. 12, 2024:

Outgoing Maine state senator Lisa Keim recently praised conspiracy theorists including RFK Jr. as "wise" and derided Vice President Kamala Harris as a "DEI pick" despite decades of public service as District Attorney, Attorney General, U.S. Senator, and Vice President.
