LARAMIE, Wyoming, Nov. 11 -- The University of Wyoming issued the following news release:
The Firearms Research Center (FRC), which is housed in the University of Wyoming's College of Law, plans two public events to discuss a draft rule to allow the concealed carry of firearms in university facilities.
The draft rule, scheduled to be considered by UW's Board of Trustees at its Nov. 20-22 regular meeting, is expected to be posted on the board's website by 5 p.m. Wednesda . . .
