JACKSON, Mississippi, Nov. 8 -- The Mississippi Department of Education issued the following news release on Nov. 7, 2024:
The Mississippi Department of Education (MDE) today announced 84% of third graders passed the third-grade reading assessment after the final retest for 2023-24.
